My Student Enhancement Plan

My student enhancement plan is an embodiment of my academic, professional, and personal goals for involvement during my time at FGCU. Despite highlighting my five year plan to graduation, many of my goals included deadlines for spring, summer, and fall of this year to keep me an active student. My academic and professional goals are aligned because taking classes catered to a career in environmental engineering and a minor in geology will help me prepare for a future internship and career. The student enhancement plan did prove to be a good motivational tool and broaden my social,academic, and professional network at FGCU. My Semester Reflection

I feel like freshman year has been a time of growth—both academic and personal--lessons learned, and a time for trying new things. There were a lot of important academic and social milestones as well. For example, I think that I excelled in my classes and put in much more time and effort than ever needed in high school. This year was much more academically difficult, but I would say that I rose to the challenge, and even excelled! I was recommended to be a learning assistant and given a opportunity as a lab assistant in the fall. I earned the treasurer executive board position for next school year on the FGCU Women’s Lacrosse team. I served as council delegate for Palmetto Hall’s area council.
